These terms set out how bookings, treatments, vouchers, product enquiries and website use work at Azure Skin & Beauty.

About these terms
These terms apply when you use this website, contact Azure Skin & Beauty, book an appointment, buy or redeem a gift voucher, buy or ask about products, or receive services from us.
Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot be excluded.
Bookings
Appointments are subject to availability. Booking links on this website may take you to an external booking platform, such as Fresha or a future booking provider. That platform may have its own account, payment, privacy and booking terms.
Please check your booking details carefully, including treatment, date, time, location, price and any preparation instructions.
Cancellations and no-shows
We ask for at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. This gives us a fair chance to offer the appointment to another client.
Late cancellations, missed appointments and no-shows may incur a reasonable cancellation fee or loss of deposit where this has been made clear at the time of booking. Any fee will be handled consistently with Australian Consumer Law and will not affect rights you may have if we fail to provide a service with due care and skill.
If you are running late, please contact us as soon as you can. We may need to shorten, change or reschedule the treatment so later clients are not affected.
Treatment suitability
Beauty treatments can involve active skincare, tools, massage, waxing, tinting, needling or other techniques that may not be suitable for everyone.
You are responsible for telling us about anything that may affect treatment suitability, including allergies, sensitivities, skin conditions, recent cosmetic procedures, medication, pregnancy, breastfeeding, injuries, illness or medical advice you have received.
We may recommend changing, delaying or declining a treatment if we believe it is not suitable on the day. Treatment information on this website is general information only. It is not medical advice.
Results and aftercare
We aim to provide services with care, skill and honesty. Individual results vary depending on skin, lifestyle, aftercare, treatment history and other factors.
Please follow any aftercare guidance given to you. If you have a concern after a treatment, contact us promptly so we can understand what happened and advise on next steps.
Prices, payments and product enquiries
Prices, treatment durations and product availability may change from time to time. We try to keep website information accurate, but the booking platform or salon confirmation should be treated as the most current appointment information.
Payments may be handled in salon or through a third-party provider. If a third-party payment provider is used, its own terms may also apply.
Gift vouchers
Gift vouchers can be redeemed for eligible Azure Skin & Beauty services or products, subject to the voucher wording and availability. Please bring or provide voucher details when booking or attending.
Gift vouchers sold in Australia are generally valid for at least three years from the date of supply, unless an exception applies under Australian Consumer Law. Any expiry date will be stated clearly.
Vouchers are not redeemable for cash, except where required by law. Lost, stolen or damaged vouchers may not be replaceable if we cannot verify them.
Refunds and consumer guarantees
Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. If there is a major problem with a service or product, you may be entitled to a refund, replacement, repeat service or other remedy depending on the circumstances.
We are not required to provide a refund simply because you change your mind, choose the wrong service or product, or do not follow reasonable aftercare or use instructions. We will always consider the situation fairly and in line with Australian Consumer Law.

We try to keep this website accurate and useful, but content may be updated, incomplete or out of date. External links, including booking, maps and social media links, are provided for convenience. We are not responsible for the content, availability or practices of external websites.
Website text, images, branding and design are owned by or licensed to Azure Skin & Beauty unless stated otherwise. You may not copy or reuse them for commercial purposes without permission.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss caused by incorrect information you provide, failure to follow aftercare, external platform issues, or use of this website in a way that is not reasonable or lawful.
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot be excluded under Australian law.
